Revolving Loan Fund

Bradford, Vermont Revolving Loan Fund Policy Statement and Lending Guidelines 2016

The mission of the Bradford Revolving Loan Fund (“RLF”) shall be to make loans to Bradford-based businesses that have the potential to increase employment within the Town, to grow Bradford-based businesses, and to improve the general welfare of the Town using generally accepted principals of sound banking.

The RLF shall also provide loans for façade improvement for businesses located in the central business district. This is a loan fund; all loans must be repaid in full. This is not a grant program.

The Revolving Loan Fund Committee of Bradford has amended its definition of emergency to include national or state declared emergency and broadened its request appetite to include working capital in a national or state declared emergency situation in hopes of providing assistance to local Bradford businesses and supporting our local economy during these unprecedented time of the Coronavirus. Please see the new emergency language in the amended lending policy link below and the emergency application link below. To expedite processing- special submission instructions are at the end of the emergency loan application.
